From time to time there are introductory sessions available so you can observe how Yogic Touch Therapy works.

Part of the taster is a practical demonstration you will be able to observe, followed by a question and answer time.

The taster can include some simple techniques for you to learn and practice at home with someone.

I love sharing how Yogic Touch works and helping you discover how it may benefit you. So let me know if you would like to host a 1-2 hour introductory or taster session.
