Acknowledging who I am

Again

In this moments calm

The centre of the emotions hurricane

The focussed

Earthed awakened

Uplifted self

Matures

From day to day.

Nurtured by the substance

Of love

Caressed by the wind of change

Nourished by the ever

Ongoing revealing wisdom

of truth.
